Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
1. The Service
Mekanik is a software service for finding business leads from public sources (through cloud providers or through your own Android device) and for contacting them by e-mail, WhatsApp and Telegram, with a shared inbox for the replies.
2. Your Account
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details. You must confirm your e-mail address before you can use the service.
You are responsible for your password and for everything done with your account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.
3. Credits, Prices and Payment
The service runs on credits. Each task result uses credits; the price per result is shown on the site and is lower when the task runs on your own device than in the cloud. A task that returns no results costs no credits.
Welcome credits are added to your account once you confirm your e-mail address. Additional credits are bought in packs. Prices are in US dollars and 20% VAT is added at payment.
Payments are made through nPay (hub.zdlnx.com). Before paying you are shown, and asked to accept there, the pre-contract information form, the distance sales contract and the refund and delivery terms.
Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. To the extent the law allows, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed immediately in electronic form. Your statutory rights are unaffected; if you have a problem, contact support and we will assess it case by case.
4. Your Responsibility for Contacts and Messages
You decide whom you search for and whom you message. For the business contacts you collect and the messages you send you are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you, including data protection law (such as KVKK and GDPR), electronic commercial message rules (such as the Turkish Law No. 6563 and İYS consent requirements) and anti-spam law.
You must have a lawful basis to contact a person, honour opt-out requests immediately (Mekanik keeps an opt-out list; do not message anyone on it) and follow the terms of WhatsApp, Telegram and the e-mail providers you connect. Using unofficial or automated access to these services may lead to your accounts being restricted; that risk is yours.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraud, collecting sensitive personal data, or to harm others. You may not reverse-engineer the service, overload it or get around its limits.
6. Sources and Providers
Lead data comes from public sources through third-party providers or from your device. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current or accurate, or that a source will stay available; sources can change or block access at any time. When you run a task on your own device, you are responsible for how that device and its network are used.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the service and will tell you about important changes.
8. Intellectual Property
The Mekanik platform, its design, logo and content belong to Mekanik; all rights reserved. You keep your rights to your own content and to the lists you build, and allow us to process them to provide the service.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or draws complaints, with or without prior notice. You can delete your account yourself on the account deletion page; unused credits are not refunded.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Mekanik is not liable for indirect losses, for data you collect from third-party sources, for actions of third parties, or for restrictions placed on your WhatsApp, Telegram or e-mail accounts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes by e-mail; continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
